How do you use the Fix & Fortify Kit?
1. Put on protective gloves and clothes, then cover the surrounding area you are coloring yourhair in.
2. Open and pour the entire contents of Part 1 Color Remover into Part 2 Activator MixingBottle.
3. Replace cap and shake well until mixed.
4. Remove cap and replace with the applicator nozzle (cut tip if necessary).
5. Apply liberally to areas of hair that need hair color removal. Move quickly while completelysaturating hair evenly.
6. Use gloved hands to work the product into hair, this helps break down & remove old color.
7. Place cap on hair, process 20 minutes maximum, checking hair’s progress frequently.
8. Rinse hair thoroughly with warm water.
9. Included Charcoal Shampoo finishes the color removal process, it clarifies, tones &freshens. Shampoo hair and work it into hair to help remove old color. Rinse for 20 minutes.
10. Pro Tip: Rinsing hair with warm water helps remove any leftover color residue; rinse morefor better results.
11. Shampoo again and rinse for 5 minutes. Repeat 2 more times.
12. Included Bond Rejuvenating Masque helps strengthen & fortify, closes the hair cuticle toprevent breakage.
13. Apply masque to towel dried hair and leave on for 10 minutes, then rinse.
14. Safe to re-color the same day. Do a strand test, as it may only take 5 minutes to process thecolor.
Will this product remove my permanent oxidized hair color?
Yes, this product helps remove permanent hair color and product buildup; can also be used to fadeunwanted color or color that is too dark.
I want to remove bold color, will this product remove it?
No, this product only removes permanent hair color, not direct dye bold colors (such as pink,purple, blue, etc.)
My hair is overprocessed and frizzy, will the product damage my hair more?

I’m letting my artificial hair color grow out and have 4 inches regrowth of my natural hair color. Do I apply the product to my entire head?
No, only apply Fix & Fortify Part 1 & Part 2 to hair with artificial/permanent hair color. Section hairand use clips to separate your colored hair from your natural hair. The next step requires repeatedsteps of shampooing and rinsing, so be sure to focus on the section of hair where color is beingremoved. On the last shampoo, shampoo your entire head (the charcoal will help clarify yournatural hair). Finish off with included Bond Rejuvenating Masque on your entire hair to helpstrengthen, fortify, and close the hair cuticle to prevent breakage.
