Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are normally processed within 48 hours of receipt. Processing time refers to the time it takes to authorize and process the payment of your order. Processing time is not the same as shipping time. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 2 PM PST, Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
SALES TAX
We are required by law to collect sales tax on all orders shipped.
BACKORDERS & OUT OF STOCK
If you order a product that is currently out of stock, we will alert you via email of the in-stock date.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Business Days: Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States, as well as the day after Thanksgiving. Standard shipping takes approximately 5 - 7 business days. We do not deliver to PO Boxes. APO/FPO addresses will be shipped via USPS standard mail.

All APO/FPO orders: $19.99
Additional State or U.S. Territory Shipping Charges: Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands add $19.99.
International Orders: We will ship orders to international addresses. International shipping rates will be applied as shown at checkout.
DELIVERY TIME
Orders are usually packed within 2 - 4 business days. International orders are shipped via DHL, USPS, UPS or FedEx International orders are usually delivered within 10 to 20 business days from the order’s ship date.
DUTIES & TAXES
All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country’s national laws. You are responsible for all duties and taxes incurred.
